Yesterday, 20 September 2021, was a strenuous day at Hearts-Vision. A swarm of bees suddenly started attacking children and our goats. We suspect that the bees were triggered by an avocado falling down next to the beehive. During the incident several children were stung by the bees. One of the children, Mike, had to be rushed to a clinic, as the bees entered his mouth and stung him in his throat. He started having trouble with breathing. We are thankful that he and the other children survived the attack.
The bees also attacked several goats that were grazing on the land. Luckily we were able to release most of them so that they could run into safety. Unfortunately 3 goats didn’t survive the attack, 2 of them died quickly after the attack. One goat died hours later. 2 other goats are still in critical condition. We hope that they will be ok soon. Thanks to the people who responded in prayer and support during our emergency prayer request for Mike.

- Converting former animal shelter to Classroom 2. Adjusting the windows (frames and glasses), levelling the floor, add electricity, plastering, etc)
